Public Health Job Circular Summery

The Public Health Job Circular is a popular job opportunity for unemployed people. We are seeking a qualified Camp Manager for our Self-Reliance and Livelihoods Project in Bashanchar. The Camp Manager will ensure the effective implementation of self-reliance interventions, maintain high stands, and manage the daroverall operations of the production center aimed at benefiting refugee women.


Key Responsibilities of Public Health Job

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production center, ensuring efficient management and profitable operation.
  • Supervise staff, maintain communication with management, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (CiC Office, Site Management, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports detailing project progress and outcomes.
  • Assess training participants for skill development and facilitate the selection of women for livelihood training (e.g., sanitary pad/jute bag production).
  • Monitor the supply chain, including raw materials, stock registers, and financial documentation (cash books, sales registers, etc.).
  • Participate in camp coordination meetings and maintain positive relationships with refugees and stakeholders.
  • Support training initiatives for both staff and project participants to enhance their skills.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and overall monitoring of project activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and maintain a culture of respect and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in any discipline; preference for Textile Engineering.
  • Experience: Up to 5 years in NGO or development agency settings.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Report writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and manage diverse tasks.
  • Proficiency in tailoring and sewing machine operations.
  • Fluency in the local language (Chittagong).
